Kenn and Linda Meister co-owned and operated the originating company,
Commercial Key Systems, Inc. since 1985, combining their industry expertise. January 1, 2008, Commercial Key Systems,
Inc. created two separate entities to better accommodate the security market.
Commercial Key Security, Inc. offers products and services
for all door security needs, primarily for Colorado. Commercial Key Systems, USA, Inc. specializes in the design,
implementation and training for the developement of customized security systems nationwide.
Kenn, primary owner of Commercial Key Security, Inc. has a
background in architectural hardware sales and service and has worked in the industry since 1972. He works closely with
the field service accounts, coordinating projects, estimating and managing, utilizing his vast knowledge of the hardware and
security business.
Linda, primary owner of Commercial Key Systems USA, Inc. started
in the industry working with a well-known locksmith company in the early 1980's. Learning the business first hand from
a well respected (retired) locksmith, she learned tricks of the trade from a master. Continuing in the
industry, she worked as an in-house locksmith for a Denver-based hardware company, creating systems for new construction projects.
Combining their knowledge of commercial hardware sales and master
keying skills, they started Commercial Key Systems, Inc. specializing in the design of Master key systems for new construction
projects, working with most of the hardware companies in Denver.
As the industry has changed, they have expanded from being a labor
based, specialty company to being one of the few commercial locksmith, security companies specializing in commercial
security. Combining the in-depth knowledge and understanding of master key systems and their expertise in
hardware has enabled them to offer services and systems unlike others in the security industry.
